This is a warm and welcoming 1938 home in a quiet, peaceful part of Downtown CDA. Surrounded by trees and tranquility, yet only a block away from restaurants, pubs and parks. You can enter I-90, swim at Sanders Beach, hike Tubbs Hill or Fernan Hill, walk around the heart of Downtown and view Lake Cda - all within 5 minutes! This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large, private back deck with a BBQ to enjoy the sun during the days and the stars at night.
Good to know
The main level has a fully enclosed entrance with benches where you can comfortably remove your shoes. Then you enter into the open floor plan, starting with the Family Room where you'll have comfortable seating and a Smart TV to stream all your shows. Just past the family room you'll see the full kitchen with the original 1938 wood floors, plenty of cabinets and a table that can seat 8, plus a glass slider door that takes you out to an open, private deck with umbrellas, a table, seating and a BBQ. In addition to the kitchen you'll find the stairs to the upstairs bedroom, basement, as well as the hall to the 2 main floor bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have closet space and the bathroom is conveniently between the bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find another bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV for watching, as well as a storage area with extra sheets, pillow and blankets you may need during your stay. The newly remodeled basement has a bedroom with a single bed attached to a bathroom with a standup shower, closet space and a smart tv. The laundry room provides a full size washer/dryer as well as a cozy seating area and another single bed for more sleeping options. You can also enter the basement directly from the driveway. Outside of the home the front and back yards are fully fenced, quiet and peaceful. The back deck is private and a beautiful area to enjoy the sun during the day and stars at night.
House Rules
Max 2 dogs, under 50 lbs each. No cats are allowed at this home. The detached garage is not included in the rental. There are 3 exterior surveillance cameras.

Neighborhood
In this beautiful neighborhood you're surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors. One block north is Sherman Ave, the main road of downtown CDA. One block south is the Centennial Trail, a walking and biking trail that goes along Lake CDA to the east, and through downtown and along the river to Post Falls, ID--a total of 22 miles. The world-renowned Cda Resort Golf Course is right around the corner. You are only blocks away from restaurants, wineries, pubs and breweries, yet the home is quiet and peaceful.
Guest Access
The entire home is part of the available space. There is one closet in the basement (not in the bedroom) that will be locked and is owner access only. The detached garage is not part of the space and is not open to guests.

You can park up to 3 cars tandem in the driveway, and room for one on the street. The lake, Tubbs Hill, the Cda Resort and the main downtown area are a 10 minute walk.
